Refunds, Returns & Flower Policy

All sales with Arvo Flora are subject to the rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds & exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and floral products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect care after delivery
  • General preference after delivery

Damaged or defective orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the arrangement so we can assess the issue promptly and fairly.

Flower care & longevity

Flower longevity may vary depending on environmental conditions, temperature, transport, and care provided after delivery. Care instructions are provided to help maximise vase life and presentation.

Seasonal availability & substitutions

While we always aim to create arrangements as pictured, seasonal availability may occasionally require flower substitutions. Where substitutions are necessary, we will use blooms of similar style, colour palette, and value while maintaining the overall aesthetic of the arrangement.
