Arvo Flora Experience Purchase Terms

This Experience Purchase Terms applies to all guests who purchase an experience to, register for, or attend an Arvo Flora floral experience or brand activation, creative shoot.

By purchasing an Experience, registering for the Experience, or attending the experience, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms below.

1. Experience Organiser

The Experience is organised by Arvo Flora / Tatiana Boneva (“Arvo Flora”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Purchase Purchase

Your Purchase gives you access to the Experience. The Purchase may include floral materials, styling, refreshments, photography, creative direction or other inclusions depending on the specific Experience description.

3. Attendance

Please arrive on time and follow any instructions provided by Arvo Flora. Arvo Flora may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful or unsuitable for the Experience environment.

4. Photography and Filming Consent

You acknowledge and agree that photography, video and behind-the-scenes content may be captured during the Experience.

By attending the Experience, you give Arvo Flora to photograph, film and record you during the Experience. This may include your image, likeness, voice, appearance, floral work, creative participation and any content created during the Experience.

5. Release and Marketing Use

You grant Arvo Flora permission to use photographs, videos and other Experience content that include you for the following purposes:

• social media posts and stories;

• website content;

• portfolio use;

• advertising and promotional materials;

• email marketing;

• printed marketing materials;

• public relations and media features;

• future Experience promotion;

• brand collaborations and creative showcases.

This permission is worldwide, royalty-free, ongoing and may be used in any format, including digital, print, online, social media and promotional materials.

You understand that you will not receive payment, royalties or additional compensation for the use of this content.

6. Arvo Flora’s Rights

All photographs, videos and creative content captured by the Us remain the intellectual property of the Our, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Arvo Flora may also use the images and content for its own marketing, portfolio, website, social media and promotional purposes.

7. Personal Use of Images

Where Experience images are provided to guests, you may use them for personal use only.

Personal use includes:

• posting on your personal social media accounts;

• sharing with friends or family;

• using images for personal albums or memories;

• non-commercial personal display.

You must not sell, edit, alter, commercially use, publish for business purposes, or provide the images to third parties for commercial use without prior written permission from Arvo Flora.

8. Edited Images and Gallery Access

If the Experience includes professional photography, Arvo Flora may provide access to an online gallery after the Experience.

The number of edited images, delivery time and gallery access period may vary depending on the Experience.

Unless clearly stated in the description, individual photos of every guest are not guaranteed.

For Experience, the inclusion may be:

• approximately 1.5 hours of Experience;

• Photos of Experience

9. Guest-Created Content

You are welcome to take your own photos and videos during the Experience, provided that you do not interrupt the experience, disturb other guests, interfere with Our work or breach venue rules.

When posting your own content online, we kindly ask that you credit or tag Arvo Flora where appropriate.

10. Opt-Out Request

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify Arvo Flora in writing before the Experience and also speak to Us on arrival.

We will make reasonable efforts to respect your request. However, please understand that Experiences may be photographed in a natural, candid or group setting, and it may not always be possible to exclude you from all background images or Experience atmosphere shots.

11. Children and Minors

Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

If an Experience is purchased for a child or minor, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they agree to this Experience Purchase Terms on behalf of the child.

12. Refunds, Cancellations and Changes

Purchases are generally non-refundable if you change your mind, cannot attend, arrive late or miss the Experience.

However, nothing in this Term sent limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If Arvo Flora makes a major change to the date, time, location or Purchase format, we will provide information about available options, which may include a refund, credit or transfer to another Experience where appropriate.

13. Experience Changes

Arvo Flora may make reasonable changes to the Experience where necessary, including changes to flowers, materials, suppliers, styling, timing, photographer, venue details or Experienceflow.

Fresh flowers and natural materials are seasonal and subject to availability. Suitable substitutions may be made while preserving the overall style and quality of the experience.

14. Health, Safety and Personal Belongings

You attend the Experience at your own risk. If purchasing an Experience for another guest or minor, you have authority to agree on their behalf.

Please take care when using tools, flowers, foliage, candles, vases, water, props, furniture or styling materials. Arvo Flora is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, except where required by law.

Please advise us before the Experience if you have any allergies, sensitivities or accessibility requirements.

15. Privacy

Arvo Flora may collect your name, contact details, booking information and Experience preferences for the purpose of managing your Purchase, communicating with you about the Experience and delivering the Experience.

Photographs and videos may also contain personal information if you are identifiable.

By attending the Experience, you consent to the use of your image and Experience content as described in this Terms.

16. Agreement

By purchasing an experience, registering for the experience or attending the experience, you confirm that:

• you have read and understood this Terms;

• you agree to Our Terms;

• you consent to being photographed and filmed;

• you grant Us permission to use Experience content as described above;

• if purchasing an Experience for another guest or minor, you have authority to agree on their behalf.
