How to pay?
We send direct payment details and you pay it prior the event or as direct payments.
What is the flower subscription for business about?
Arvo Flora subscription is a service that is availiable on regular basis (weakly, be-weekly, monthly). You choose the option by yourself and make us know in cases something has changed. Prices start from 59,99 per week. Email us to request the details.
What is a delivery process about?
An account manager is usually calling for a delivery monthly to check the business awareness about the condition (it might be a subject of change from both sides).
Do you usually call before the delivery?
The day before delivery, we call to make sure the location, timing, and receiving person are all confirmed, so everything is ready for a smooth flower delivery.
